This is a Willie Mays (as a member of the San Francisco Giants) and Stan Musial (as a member of the St. Louis Cardinals) 1963 Topps Pride of NL Baseball card. This card has been graded Very Good to Excellent Plus 4.5 by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticators). Please note the crack in the right side of the PSA case.
